How to validly change a value with unit C to a value with unit K in simulink 2019a?

In the one simulation, the error arises that

"Invalid attempt to convert a value with unit C to a value with unit K."

In the simulation, an enviromental parameter, circuit temperature with 17C is feeded between a linear resistor and a upconverter. When I want to run this simulation, this error is happened in this environment parameter generation. Is there any appraoch to change a value with unit C(thermal conductance) to a value with unit K(thermal conductivity) in simulink?
