Why do the Polyspace Access Web Server and ETL Services Stop Repeatedly?

In the Cluster Operator, after provisioning and starting the services, the Web Server and ETL Services stop after a few minutes. Running 'docker logs polyspace-web-server' in Command Line indicate an issue resolving the hostname of the Head/Main Node.

This is usually due to Hyper-V having difficulty resolving the hostname of the Head Node due to DNS issues. Refer to the documentation below to resolve this issue:
Polyspace Access ETL and Web Server services do not start - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com)
