This sounds like a simple algebra problem. Draw it out on a piece of paper, write down the equations for vertical and horizontal positions, and then solve for what you want (a 2m drop happening at the same time as a 15m horizontal distance). The horizontal distance will be a linear equation in time. The vertical distance will be a quadratic in time.

For what it's worth, I have a demo on a projectile that computes just about anything you could want to measure. Adapt as necessary with your particular heights, angles, and velocities.
