Is there a quick way to put the contents of all subfolders to the parent folder

Hi,
I have a folder (A) with lots of subfolders say RL1,RL2, ....RLn. Each subfolder has different contents.
Is there any way to quickly transfer the dissimilar content of all subfolders to the parent folder (delete any similar content within the subfolders) and delete the subfolders.
simply I want this
1) A\RL1\x => A\x
2)A\RL2\y1 => A\y1
A\RL2\y2 => A\y2
etc...
