For the cantilever beam used on the logic MEMS switch, how to find the best length of the cantilever beam to improve the switch performance, can you provide some relevant cases or materials? That is an algorithm question, not a MATLAB question. Or perhaps I should say that MATLAB does not have any built-in call to do specifically that, so it is an algorithms question to figure out an approach to be implemented in MATLAB.
