My matlab R2020a cannot display 1 and 4 in the console and script

I set a=1234567890 but both script and console cannot display the number 1 and 4. So wired.

That is unusual, I don't think I've seen that behavior before. From your picture it looks like MATLAB can display the number 1 in certain circumstances (the line number, the title bar and tab for this file.) I wonder if it's a problem with the font that the Editor and Command Window are using. Try changing the "Code Tools" font in the preferences. If specifying a different font shows 1 and 4 in the Command Window and Editor correctly, could you post the name of the font(s) that you tried that did not work and the name of the font that did.

Thanks for your suggestion but it does not work. I try to reinstall the matlab and everything is right now.
