How to Process Audio signals using MATLAB and ARDUINO??

I want to process the recorded audio signal using MATLAB and then give it to the micro-controller. I have recorded the audio signal using the function such as wavread(), but I don't know how to connect it to the arduino kit so that I can perform necessary actions for the different audio signals.

You can use the MATLAB Support Package for Arduino. You can do the audio analysis in MATLAB, then use the support package to send commands to the Arduino for analog/digital IO, servo/motor control, etc.
