How to hinder ongoing spamming II?

They all seems to be new accounts created by the same source.

I and others have deleted dozens of these spams.

The titles are 춘천Op↯〔 øpSS41。Net〕﹏춘천오피𓆹오피쓰↯춘천키스방⇎춘천안마⇎춘천스파↯춘천마사지 and similar.

Many has the tags: 오피쓰 , 제주오피

There has been a lot of those lately! Image Analyst and I report them directly to an appropriate staff person through a side channel, and Stephen has the staff email contact to send to as well. I just sent you (Per) the contact info.

Mathworks expects to activate a feature soon to permit new profiles to be reported for spam. I have not been given a date yet.

I know that Star Strider has been zapping the messages as well.

For now it is best to report the profiles to MATLAB Central staff. But whether or not you do that, please delete as spam if you have that ability; that helps train the deep learning.

For people who do not have delete privileges, please flag as spam, as that can help train the AI.

I got the contact and sent a handful of mails with accounts, which were spamming.

I understand from the MAthWorks folks that this is the best way to deal with them.

We're reporting them to Slack and then Ashish zaps the account. I think he said that was a good way.

Deleting them and marking them as Spam at the time of deletion is better at training the filters. The filters do not get updated until someone confirms that a message is spam and deletes the message, because of the possibility of false positives.

This is one sick individual. Now they just created a profile with the name per isakson:

and is posting spam under per's name. Obviously not the real per's but just shows that the vindictive psycho is an individual, not a bot, and he's monitoring this forum. He'll probably go after me next.

I've been deleting the posts as I see them.

First, get any new account ids, so I can send that info to our admin, so he can disable the account in question.

Then send the info to him. Account gets disabled quickly. If you kill the posts immediately, the poster sees that people are watching, and stops.

The site support may be able to improve their filters to catch these new spam posts.
