I have MATLAB R2010a. I want to download Data Acqusition Toolbox. Will Data Acquisition Toolbox 2013 work with MATLAB R2010a?

No. Download the R2010a version of the DAQ Toolbox or upgrade to all of MATLAB R2013a.
