ANFIS requires only sugeno fis to start with.I don't have a sugeno rather I have one Mamdani fis..Should I construct a new Sugeno fis or can I get my job done by Generating an initial fis by clicking the "generate fis"button in anfisedit GUI.pl help

 I am trying to implement ANFIS in my system but ANFIS requires only sugeno fis to start with. But I don't have a sugeno fis rather I have one Mamdani fis. How am I supposed to overcome this problem.. Should I construct a new Sugeno fis or can I get my job done by Generating an initial fis by clicking the "generate fis 'button in anfisedit GUI... Kindly assist

convert the output membership function to singletons to convert the mamdani to sugeno while keeping the inputs to FIS same; or create the sugeno FIS directly rather than mamdani.
