Stateflow don't work in R2013a

When I try to start simulation, error is occured: Making simulation target "Flowchart_PLANT_PID_R2013_sfun", ...

PS: Unchecking "Enable debugging/animation" is not help.

Check if you have a valid compiler installed and you have write permissions in your current directory in MATLAB. Look at system requirements for your release to see the list of supported compilers.
