Is there any difference if you call 2 level s-function at 10 multiple instances and 10 different 2 level s-functions with same code but different variable names?

Will there be any difference in the execution speed of simulation if you call 2 level s-function at 10 multiple instances and 10 different 2 level s-functions with same code but different vairable and s-function names in simulink?
