Section 5 of the paper to which you linked seems to explain the meanings of most if not all of the identifiers given in that Simulink model.

If you need further clarification you might want to contact the authors of the paper and ask them to help you understand that model.

I am interested in the conversion instruction from differential equations and tables to entering data directly into matlab.
