How to calculate speed from a hall sensor in Simulink without using s-functions?

Hi I need to calculate speed from a hall sensor, the idea is to calculate the time (t) it takes for a 2pi rotation, hence speed = 2pi/t. The main question is how do I get the time t from Simulink, I know that it is possible to do this using s-functions but could anyone let me know how to do this using Simulink blocks?
