after initialising a diesel machine, does its power remains constant at initialised value in matlab.

after initialising a diesel machine, does its power remains constant at initialised value in matlab.
I have initialised diesel machine of capacity 3.125MVA with loads 2.45 MW .So above 2.45 does it support load till 3.125MW or does it not support ?
please someone help
