I have a image ,Abdomen from side view that is growing with passing the time , i want to measure the distance between the up edges, I mean ,measure the diffrence distancebetween peaks, please help me and direct me??

You'll have to include more details for better advice. If the size of your image is growing over time (in terms of number of pixels) I'd recommend that you set the size for each frame to the size of the largest frame, with the undetermined pixels being white space.
