External mode is terminating because Simulink received an unexpected incoming packet from target.

I am trying to give pulse output to GPIO to blink LED in F28379D Launchpad, but it dose not working.

and recevied this messge error very soon after startup.

[ saving external mode simulation output as a single object is not supported because the workspace variable 'out' is not created during model code execution. To suppress the warning, set 'ReturnWorkspaceOutputs' to 'off'.

In my opinion, you should try to reinstall the whole package of C2000, TMS320F28379D
