Installation Problem LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT

I have tried to install the LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT Support Package for Simulink via "targetinstaller", but every time i get the same error. I have tried it with R2012a and R2013a on my win64 System. It fails to install cygwin. Content of the Setup-logfile:

Are you running MATLAB in administrator mode? There may be some privileges you need to install cygwin.

I also believe you can install all of the components (including cygwin) manually if the installer fails.

I was running in administraor mode. However the error still occurred.

When I Try to install all of the Components manually, do I have to use the right Paths? Where do find them?

I would install to whatever default folder they recommend. Then you can get the support package here:

and install from file instead of from internet.

Hi, I am trying to install the support package from file but it does not work, which file should i point target installer at? right now I'm just giving the path to the hole folder i got when i downloaded the support package. Thanks!
