speech classified & recognize using Mfcc & GMM in steganalysis with matlab

Hi I've downloaded a mfcc code from MATLAB site.
I have also several speech steganography. I want them using MATLAB command gmdistribution.fit Classified for steganalysis.
But do not know, How clustering method to train and test in these categories ? please help me
