DO-178C is the recent update to DO-178B and adds clarification in several areas including Model-Based Design, tool qualification, and formal methods.
MathWorks offers DO-178C guidance and information for using the DO Qualification Kit and Mathworks products with the DO-178C standard.
DO-278 is closely related to DO-178, and identical for tool qualification aspects.
