Problem 1493. Dots in a Diamond
Return how many Diamond Cubic lattice grid points there are inside a 3D sphere of radius r centred at (0,0,0) (including points on the edge).
Set the distance between two adjacent lattice grid points to be e =1. In addition, assume that (0,0,0) is a grid point.
Neither string operations nor interpolations are allowed!
