INPUT IS DECIMAL NUMBER. CONVERT IT INTO A BINARY SEQUENCE. THEN SHIFT THE SEQUENCE BY AN AMOUNT OF GIVEN NUMBER OF BITS.
FOR EXAMPLE: a=120; & n=5;
then output will be:1100011
The indices of the input->output do not match (i.e. y(end) corresponds to x(1)). Was this done on purpose?
