Find the number of flip flop required in ripple counter.

If modulus of counter (N) is given find outnumber of Flip Flop (n) required for ripple counter.

 N <= 2^n

Examples

 If modulus is 16, then n = 4
 If modulus is 10, then n = 4 (Number of FF is always an integer)
