Delete the column with all 0 data in a matrix(x).
e.g.
input x =
1 0 0 4
5 0 7 0
9 0 11 0output y =
1 0 4
5 7 0
9 11 0

Should include some test cases with negative numbers in the Test Suite. For example, several submissions would fail for x = [1, −1; −1, 1].
