There is an error in your test cases. Please fix the declaration of the input x so that it is valid.

The test suite has been fixed so that it is now solvable.

Thanks for fixing the Test Suite. The Problem Statement could also do with being rejigged. Apparently now the task is to convert a 1D cell array to an ordinary 1D array. Whereas the Problem Statement contains a lot of malarkey such as "/*[10...25]*/" and "BHA: 2^0 OFF". —DIV
