This challenge is to calculate the Neural Net Bias Perceptron vector,P, given X, WH, and WP using ReLU on the hidden layer. Test Cases will be all two input conditions for functions XOR, AND, NAND, OR, and NOR.
Since X wll be a 4x3 matrix the output P will be a 4x1 vector with values 0 or 1.
