Description: sumrandi uses randi to generate random numbers with a given
sum
R = sumrandi(IMIN,IMAX,N,S) returns an N-by-N matrix containing pseudorandom
integer values drawn from the discrete uniform distribution on IMIN:IMAX
then generates new numbers such that their sum is S.
