Simple GUI based Power savings calculator based on replacing filament bulbs by CFLs replacing Filament bulbs by CFL and LED bulbs.

Aimed at being :
1. A simple Graphic User Interface (GUI)implementation example.
2. Approximation of yearly power cost saving by replacing filament bulbs by CFLs and LEDs
3. My first submission in File exchange
