From measured Quantum Efficiency and supplied wavelength, measuring solar current.
In solar cell, it is much important to measure short circuit currents and we can also observe that from spectral irradiance there are number of 3 currents can be found.
In this algorithm from the measured QE we can get solar current which very useful to determine solar cell efficiency.
So, in this algorithm Solar spectral irradiance is also required as input parameters.
