This code first finds an ordered list of your images according to a time-stamp, or it could also do it based off the image number (assuming you saved images in order).
Then it can also calculate the fps if you have a time-stamp as follows: 'minutes_seconds_milliseconds'. By calculating the fps, the code will then save the images and write them into a video file according to the fps you calculated.
