Modeling Synthetic Biology Systems with MATLAB and SimBiology
This webinar provides iGEM teams with an introduction to modeling, simulation and analysis with MATLAB and SimBiology using an example model from synthetic biology literature, Metabolator. Metabolator is based on the following reference.
