I tried to control my turbine to get a preset electric performance for my load.

Here i have a wind turbine with a dc generator. I want to control my turbine with pitch angles to get a preset electric performance for my load. My load is on the dc gen armature circuit.
When i try to measure my electric performance i get a big peak on it. I don't know why.
