Brain Projections

Imports and segments a canine brain and projects the data from each lobe onto the flesh.

Brain_Projections opens a GUI which imports and segments a canine brain based off of a template and projects the data from each lobe onto the flesh. Brain_Projections imports a separate brain and flesh file. The file must be in stl. format. The segmentation of the brain using an atlas functions only when the files are placed in a common coordinate system as determined by the Ontario Veterinary College researchers.
