Program automatically detect and segment histological images of ischemic hearts. Segmentation is divided to individual slice segmentation from Petri dish photo, and segmentation of necrotic, ischemic, area at risk and healthy tissues. Each segmentation step can be checked and it's result can be semi-automatically modified. Finally, individual tissue areas and relative ratios are computed and can be exported as Excel table.
