MPC of SISO systems

Simulation of predictive control of a SISO system using discrete state-space model. Reference: WANG, 2009

The function mpc_simulation_siso() return the control signal u(k) and the output signal y(k) of a SISO system controlled by a predictive controller. The implementation is quite different of the code used by Wang. It needs the mpc_gain() function. The tests with different weights rw are made in testes.m script.
