I am simulating a paper, the author mentioned: " all the constraints for each network were learned in parallel, i.e., to obtain m constraints, we executed Algorithm 1 from random initial points m time." I do not know how to simulate this part, would you please help me?

I am trying to compile (in Matlab 2017a) an App which uses a .NET assembly<br>
NET.addAssembly('LJUDDotNet'); %Labjack IO<br>

The compiled version does not work since the assembly is not found. <br>
I tried using a wrapper:<br>
