SimHPN is a toolbox for MATLAB® that offers a collection of tools devoted to simulation, analysis, and synthesis of dynamical systems modeled by hybrid Petri nets. With SimHPM, users can simulate continuous Petri nets evolving under any of the following semantics: infinite server, finite server, and product semantics. Once a simulation is performed, several variables can be displayed in a MATLAB figure window. The Petri net model can be imported from two Petri net editors. The package is equipped with a graphical interface.

All parameters and data of the toolbox are standard MATLAB data structures and therefore can be easily manipulated by any MATLAB program. The product is useful for researchers and educators in the field of hybrid systems.
