Description
This block models a dynamic frequency-dependent impedance using a state-space representation. These equations define the state-space representation:
where:
x is the dimensionless state vector.
u is the input vector.
y is the output vector.
A is the state matrix.
B is the input matrix.
C is the output matrix.
D is the feedthrough or direct transmission matrix.
For custom linear time-invariant impedance responses, configure arbitrary state-space parameters (A, B, C, D).
Note
The heat generation output is derived from the output voltage and the modeled impedance. For complex or frequency-dependent impedance models, this might not accurately represent all loss mechanisms present in real impedance, and it might differ from the actual physical behavior.

Programmatic Use: Add Block
To add the block programmatically, use the add_block function with one of these library block paths as the source.
"batt_lib/Passive/Impedance (State-Space)"
Example: add_block("batt_lib/Passive/Impedance (State-Space)","myModel/myBlock",MakeNameUnique="on")
