Minidrone Not Found in Bluetooth Scan Result While Using Generic Bluetooth Dongle


The minidrone does not appear in the list of nearby Bluetooth®-enabled devices. This issue occurs after you search for Parrot® Mambo.


Try one of these four options sequentially until the minidrone appears in the scan results:

  1. Place the minidrone close to the Bluetooth dongle and search again.

  2. Restart the Parrot mambo minidrone, wait until both the LEDs on the minidrone turn green and then try searching again.

  3. Restart your computer and try searching again.
