The ability to plot phasor diagrams is not available with MATLAB.
However there is a user contributed function available on MATLAB Central at the following web address:
https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/3442-visualizing-phasors-an-animated-gui
Please note that functions available on MATLAB Central are created by MATLAB users and not supported by MathWorks.
