How can I plot the following

k = 1.38e-23;
vD = -1.0:0.1:0.6; % Volatage increments
T = 125;
K = (T + 459.67) / 1.8; % Convoert Fahrenheight to Kelving
Io = 2.0e-6; % Micro Amps
iD = Io.*(exp(q.*vD/k.*K)-1);

Both I ploted three graphs. They all look the same.

I plotted three graphs. For plot one I input 297 degrees Kelvin, for plot 2 311 degrees Kelvin, and for plot three 324 degrees Kelvin. I also plot(vD, iD) but all three plots look the same. I tried using loglog(), semilogx(), but still I was not happy.
Elias, I think it's better to edit your question, put all the information needed there, instead of adding information in comment. Make your question as clear as possible, you will get the quickest answer.
