HELP - Fetch function retrieves wrong output from Database

Hello!!

I was wondering if anyone knows why I get such an error. Here's the situation: I have a Database with 15 rows and when I want to retrieve one of the columns, the data is not sorted the same way as in the database.

My Database column:

3000
9900
9900
3000
4000
9900
9900
9900
9900
3000
3000
9900
9900

9900

The Fetch function returns:

        3000
        4000
        3000
        9900
        9900
        9900
        9900
        9900

any idea how to solve this?? This is very urgent!!!
