Help w/ 64 bit compiler install

I am on a trial of 64 bit R2013B + Builder EX + MATLAB Compiler. Installation is on an iMac running Windows 7 via Parallels 9. The installation of all the trial MATLAB software went perfectly fine and MATLAB itself is working fine via Windows7/Parallels 9. The attempted install of Windows SDK 7.1...not so much.

Here is the error message I got:

Installation of the "Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 7" product has reported the following error: Please refer to Samples\Setup\HTML\ConfigDetails.htm document for further information.

I also viewed the log and of course couldn't make any sense of what the problem might be. I appreciate any help here.
