Data analysis of a diesel generator in simulink

Hi iam trying to create a generator model in simulink, i got stored voltage, current(three phase )data from a diesel generator and load . I was wondering if i can create a model where it can take the generator data from excel into simulink and use stateflow to check if it can meet the load requirements? Data is time based and in three phase any help/suggestions
