how to get update data from uitable to pushbutton callback

I have a problem with my program, I don't know how to get update data from uitable to pushbutton callback, I use this Cdata = get(handles.uitable2,'data'); but the data from uitable cannot update if I change this data from activated figure, please help me...

Not sure - just a wild guess - but you may need to call guidata() before you try to retrieve the data with get().

set(handles.uitable2,'data',magic(m,n))

where m and n should match the dimension of you uitable.
