how can i use matlab into a platforme?

i have an application thats test and measures some criterias of the human voice and i want to put it on line as a platform so that everyone can have an access to it

Make sure you get the correct license. If you are making the software available to the public without specific individual-by-individual authorization by you, then you will need a more expensive license.
