set the signal frequency in the noise generator block of simulink

i want to set the signal frequency as 750Hz in the noise generator block of simulink. How do I do it?? I am able to set only the sampling frequency. Is it possible to set the signal frequency in this block? If not, how do i generate a noise of signal frequency 750Hz and sampling frequency of 1000Hz using simulink?? Any kind of hint or solution would be appreciated. Thanking You.
