How to save the histograms of different images into a array so that it can be used for classification using SVM classifier?

Sir, i am doing breast cancer classification using SVM as my MTech project. I am taking Local binary count for texture analysis.And the outputs are histograms. I have to take the histograms for different images whose values are taken as the inputs to the classifier.How can I save the histogram values? Ihave to give the histogram values for training the classifier.How can I do that?Please help me..
