Skew detection and slant correction of handwritten characters Matlab code?

Hello,

I have extracted the handwritten characters from the input image(segmentation) and now I want to correct them as they are slant in nature. Can anybody suggest me the Matlab to code get the desired output as shown in the reference image after applying slant correction
