Installing a new toolbox to Matlab 2013a Student

Hi,
I'm trying to install the PDE Toolbox on matlab but the same error always occurs, as you can see on the following picture :

There is some kind of Java related issue that is blocking installs in OS-X . For me it blocks installing R2014a at all in Mountain Lion; someone else has reported the same problem with Mavericks.
